Wireless charger aging test tool

Since Apple released the iPhone with wireless charging last year, many domestic mobile phone manufacturers have continued to follow up. Now, such mobile phones as the Xiaomi MIX 2S, Huawei Mate RS, and Nut R1 are equipped with wireless charging functions. The wireless charging industry presents a thriving scene, and users' usage habits are gradually being changed by these mobile phone manufacturers.


The outbreak of the wireless charging industry has brought great benefits to the entire upstream and downstream companies in the supply chain, especially wireless charging accessories manufacturers. According to charge head network, shipments of wireless chargers and wireless charging treasures have grown geometrically since 2018. The wireless charger must go through an important aging test before shipment to detect product problems in time. Therefore, the wireless charging aging tool has become a very popular testing device for factories.


1, the appearance of wireless charging aging tool

Briefly, this wireless aging tool consists of two parallel square PCBA boards with four copper posts at each corner. There are two digital display tubes on the front of the product, showing voltage and current respectively.

The bottom is a wireless charging receiving coil, and uses an acrylic panel cover, on the one hand is the isolation coil, on the other hand is to avoid wear and tear caused by the appearance of the finished product in the aging test.

Two cement resistors are soldered on the back side of the upper PCBA board. The four copper posts are relatively high and the space for heat dissipation is large enough.

There is a switch on the PCBA near the edge, which can be toggled left and right, corresponding to 5V mode and 9V mode respectively. The wireless charger can be individually tested for 5W aging and 10W aging.

There is also a switch on the lower PCBA board, which corresponds to two states of “OFF/ON”. There are two LED status indicators next to the switch.

Simply test, the screen lights up, the status indicator lights, and the wireless charger is working.
